Stress Relief Yoga & Meditation

Our tension usually starts in the mind, this is why I have created a section within the session for you to set powerful intentions to let go of the things that no longer serve you and bring you pain (literally). 

Join me for a Yoga & Meditation Mini Workshop to relax your mind and body. 

 

What to expect: 
  • Let's begin with deep relaxing breaths & let that tension melt off our bodies like honey. 

  • Slow, gentle stretches to unwind your mind & let go of the days tension. 

  • We will then start flowing through a yoga sequence to focus on releasing tension within your neck, shoulders & back. 

  • Bring your journal for intention setting & let's leave the thing that need to be left behind. 

  • Then, it's time to meditate - reconnect, relax and de-stress. 

  • You will float through your night a little taller and a little lighter.
